1. Introduction

Welcome to King’s Automotive Photography (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, our photography services, fine-art print purchases, and participation in our creative projects, including the Luxury Heritage Series.

By purchasing a product, booking a photoshoot, or applying to participate in a King’s Automotive Photography series, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not continue to use our website or services.

3. Services Covered

These Terms apply to:

  • Photography Commissions & Shoot Plans – bespoke and series-based photography sessions.

  • Fine-Art Prints & Physical Products – including prints, albums, and collector packages sold via our website.

  • Collaborations & Series Participation – car owners, collectors, and venue representatives who apply to take part in the Luxury Heritage Series or other future projects.

4. Photoshoot Bookings
 

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your date.

  • Final payment is due as stated in your booking confirmation.

  • Dates are confirmed only once payment is received.

  • Cancellations made by the client less than 14 days before the scheduled shoot may be subject to a full or partial charge.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule in case of weather, venue access issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Fine-Art Print Sales
 

  • All prints and albums are produced to order.

  • Please allow adequate production and delivery time as stated during checkout.

  • Payments are processed securely online via Klarna, Clearpay, or other listed providers.

  • Due to the bespoke nature of each product, returns and refunds are not accepted except where goods are damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Any issues must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery.

6. Collaboration & Series Participation
 
By submitting your vehicle or venue for inclusion in any King’s Automotive Photography series or project:

  • You confirm that you are the legal owner or authorised representative.

  • Participation does not create any commercial ownership or usage rights in the resulting photographs.

  • King’s Automotive Photography retains full creative control and copyright over all imagery produced.

  • Participants may receive complimentary prints or collector items as agreed, but these are provided at our discretion and hold no monetary value.

  • Any use of the photographs by participants (e.g., online sharing, portfolio use, exhibitions) must include visible credit to King’s Automotive Photography and may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Copyright & Usage Rights
 

  • All photographs, videos, and creative works produced by King’s Automotive Photography are protected under UK copyright law.

  • Full copyright remains the property of King’s Automotive Photography unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Clients and participants are granted a personal-use licence only for non-commercial display (e.g., personal social media, home display, private portfolios).

  • Commercial use (advertising, publication, resale, or third-party promotion) requires a separate commercial licence. Please contact us at enquiries@kingsphotos.co.uk to discuss licensing options.

8. Payment & Finance
 

  • All payments made through our website are processed securely via Klarna, Clearpay, or other approved providers.

  • By using these payment options, you agree to the terms set by the provider.

  • Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where payment is not authorised or suspected to be fraudulent.

9. Delivery
 

  • Physical prints and albums are produced and fulfilled by our professional print partners.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on order volume, production lead times, and international shipping.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or force majeure events.

10. Liability
 

  • We take great care in handling all projects and products; however, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our services or products.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific product or service in question.

11. Changes to Terms
 
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law
 
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
