Refund & Cancellation Policy

At King’s Automotive Photography, we take pride in delivering an exceptional and bespoke experience for every client. Each photoshoot is carefully planned and tailored to your vehicle, preferences, and chosen location. Because of this personalised nature, we’ve outlined our refund and cancellation terms clearly below.

1. Bookings & Deposits

  • All bookings require a non-refundable deposit at the time of confirmation.

  • This deposit secures your session date and covers preparatory work, including planning, location arrangements, and scheduling.

  • The remaining balance is due [insert timeframe – e.g., 48 hours before the shoot or on the day of the session].

2. Cancellations by the Client

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled session may be rescheduled once, free of charge.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled session will forfeit the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are charged 50% of the full session fee, as it’s unlikely the slot can be rebooked.

If you wish to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible at enquiries@kingsphotos.co.uk. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your new date.

3. Cancellations by King’s Automotive Photography

In the rare event that we must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, equipment failure, or illness):

  • You will be offered the choice to reschedule at no extra cost, or

  • Receive a full refund of any payments made, including deposits.

We reserve the right to decline a booking if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for the planned shoot.

4. Weather Policy

Outdoor sessions are weather-dependent. In the event of unsuitable conditions (heavy rain, storms, etc.):

  • We will contact you to discuss options.

  • You may choose to reschedule at no charge, or proceed at an alternate indoor or covered location, if appropriate.

5. Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Changes of mind after images or video have been delivered.

  • Dissatisfaction based on artistic style or creative choices that align with your approved brief.

  • Missed appointments or late arrivals.

6. Digital Products & Deliverables

All digital products (images, video files, and related deliverables) are non-refundable once sent.
If you experience issues accessing your files or downloads, please contact us immediately and we’ll ensure a prompt resolution.

7. How to Request a Refund or Reschedule

All refund or reschedule requests must be made in writing via email to enquiries@kingsphotos.co.uk.
Please include:

  • Your name

  • Booking date and service type

  • Reason for request

We aim to respond to all refund or reschedule requests within 2–3 business days.
