  • Add-On Recommendation: Bespoke 1-of-1 Leather Album (£650).

TIER 2: The Founder's Archive Assignment

  • Investment (Excl. VAT): £8,900

  • Focus: A full-day commitment creating a diverse, comprehensive visual story. This assignment includes two distinct scenes or locations to capture the full character and context of the vehicle—its engineering, its story, and its environment—resulting in a complete chapter for your private archive.

  • Duration: 8 Hours (On-Site)

  • Included Deliverable: One complimentary Master Print (Highest Quality).

  • Add-On Recommendation: Two-Vehicle Documentation (Requires approval, £1,500 supplement).

Commissioned Masterworks

These private commissions are the pinnacle of our service, reserved exclusively for the documentation of personal vehicles in a collector’s private archive. Every commission includes a high-resolution, full-usage digital file set for the owner’s personal display, and a certified Master Print to guarantee archival quality. Commercial rights are retained exclusively by the studio to preserve the value of our fine art print collections.

TIER 3: The Marque Partnership

  • Investment (Excl. VAT): £15,000+ (Quoted)

  • Focus: This full-scale content creation project is reserved for dealers, brands, or private sellers who require exclusive commercial usage rights (licensing images for promotional use, marketing the sale of a vehicle, or brand campaigns). The price includes the perpetual commercial licensing fee.

  • Duration: 1-2 Full Days (Project Dependent)

  • Included Deliverable: Transfer of Exclusive Commercial License.

  • Next Step: Full Video Production Suite (Custom Quote).

What Happens Next?

  1. Consultation: We schedule a complimentary call to discuss your vehicle, its history, and ideal locations.

  2. Assignment Agreement: A simple contract is issued to confirm the scope, date, and fee.

  3. The Shoot: The service is executed on the agreed-upon date.

  4. Delivery: Final digital files and your included Master Print are delivered within 10 business days of the shoot.

All commissions are subject to travel and accommodation costs outside of the North Wales region. All pricing shown is exclusive of VAT. By selecting a Private Commission (Tier 1 or 2), the client confirms all images are for non-commercial, personal, and archival use only.
